From October 2006 the farm will be producing certified organic produce including asparagus, broccoli, celery, garlic, herbs and a range of over 20 different varieties of vegetables to supply the store and the organic market.
Down the track Bill hopes to see everyone on the farm picking organic fruit, vegies and herbs.
